Bibliothèques Sans Frontières promotes access to education and information so everyone can flourish. It acts as a humanitarian emergency in France to reach furthest populations removed from the cultural offer.
Libraries Without Borders has been working for more than 10 years to ensure everyone has easy, free and open access to education, information and culture. It intervenes in an emergency situation, in the post-conflict period but also in France to provide the most remote populations with physical libraries and digital content and offer them the means to reconnect with the world.
Its mission is to create living spaces by bringing connected books and libraries to disaster areas and train local people to run a library. BSF defends the idea that the library is the place of stimulation of creative energies.
