ExtraLouise's goal is to change society's view of people with Down Syndrome and more generally with a physical or intellectual disability; it promotes their inclusion in society: through image, the dissemination of messages or support for projects; and especially those who help with schooling and regular employment.
Our first viral campaign? When one is a carrier of trisomy 21, the biggest handicap is the look of the other. Against a background of misconceptions, the company conveys a misleading image on this extra chromosome and all that it is supposed to cause.
Each of us has one of those prejudices in mind, no meanness in there, just a lack of knowledge. We decided to break these stereotypes, one by one, with each time the proof by the counter-example!
