The first achievement was the opening in 2011 of a recreation centre for children with autism, down's syndrome or other genetic syndromes.

Dubbed the " air Bubble ", it brings together in a same space the rehabilitation of the children with disabilities but also time for socialization, relaxation, and art workshops creative.
At the opening, 27 children came each week. Today it is a 15-person team that accompanies 110 children and their families.

Aged 3 to 10 years, they come and learn to communicate, talk, read, play, create. They come to the air Bubble on the school time because 90% of all children with disabilities can access the school full-time.

By creating Air bubbles for the children, it is also and above all a time of respite that wanted to be offered to the parents. The disability isolates them, uses them up, weaken them. When a child with disabilities is born into a family, the life of the parents is turned upside down ; and in 80% of cases one of the two parents is forced to stop working. They are left to fend for themselves in the face of difficulties, problems that they do not know and that make their daily lives is often very painful.

Since September 2011, has been put in place an action of information and support to families on a regular basis : meetings, meetings, free lectures are offered to families and professionals concerned with the care of children in situation of handicap.

Information night, free of charge, are held ten times per year, to help parents, teachers and any professional working with young children with disabilities, to train and to inform. In 2018, more than 350 people have benefited from these sessions.

Training for schools, at their request, are offered to the staff of national education or to the staff of leisure centres to support them and allow them to greet them calmly of children with disabilities and promote the inclusion of these in conditions more serene

In September 2013, has opened, in parallel to the leisure centre, a unit to Support multi-Disciplinary, Specialized and Custom (APSP) to accommodate the early babies and very young children with autism and enable them to benefit as soon as possible to appropriate support, by a team trained and certified in the method, DENVER, recommended by the High Authority of Health (HAS).

At the end of summer 2018, what are 16 children who are welcomed to the unit APSP (necessary accompaniment of an adult for 1 child). Through this initiative, the mission is to accompany the parents who come to learn about the autism of their child. The objective is to make partners of the support, and to provide them with the knowledge needed to strengthen their skills of parents of children with disabilities. For these parents there is no university, they can't do studies to learn how to care for their child if different.

To date 2/3 of the costs are borne by families, and the association's Joker look to foundations and private donors to ensure the egalitarian and a tiered pricing.

Always in the same spirit, since 2014, have been created groups of words, allowing parents to meet and share experiences with others facing the same difficulties. Information nights theme totally free have been launched, conferences with stakeholders are very specialised and organised for families and professionals working with children with disabilities (teachers, speech-language pathologists, physicians etc).

Since 2018, the project "2 minutes to better living with autism" has been launched by the team of the Centre Bubble of Air to meet the expectations of caregivers of children with autism first in France (and francophone countries) and then in the world, by creating a bank of 200 instructional videos (in French, then translated into English) 2 to 3 minutes each. Each video deals with a problem that is daily and provides solutions and practical advice to caregivers. The main characters are Sam, Emy, Tim of children with autism 3 to 10 years of age, who are in their everyday environments : home, school and places of rehabilitation.
Access to the videos is free and unlimited thanks to a dedicated website.
